Capacity Building for Arts Organisations

Trauma Informed Practice & Wellbeing Support

Bespoke & off the shelf support for leadership, project and delivery teams

Work in arts organisations has always been complex and nuanced.

As someone who spent a significant portion of my career working in learning, visitor services and leadership in museums, galleries and capital developments, I understand the pressures of this vital work. Following an invite from GLAM Cares and collaborating with Engage, I have developed a range of training and wellbeing packages for non-counselling colleagues. These cover relevant topics including trauma informed practice, compassionate leadership and neurodiversity.

My unique insight into the sector and mental health knowledge allows me to explain things simply and accessibly, building capacity and confidence.

I also aim to support your team in identifying quick ways to turn theory into adjustments on the ground, alongside developing curiosity, connection and collaboration.
