Help whilst the practice is closed
The information below is provided for current clients of this practice who may need additional support while I am away from the office.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, are concerned about your immediate safety, or feel unable to keep yourself safe, please do not wait for my return or rely on this website for urgent support. Instead, contact one of the crisis services listed below, your GP (if appropriate), or call 999 if there is an immediate risk to life or a medical emergency.
These organisations are independent services and are not affiliated with or endorsed by this practice. They are included to help you access appropriate support when I am unavailable.
If you are not a current client of this practice and require support, please contact your GP or access your local (NHS in the UK) mental health services to find the most appropriate help for your situation.
